Hunter Party Hire
Overview
By making a booking with Hunter Party Hire, you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please contact us if you require clarification before confirming your booking.
Bookings & Payments
• 50% deposit required to secure booking
• Balance due 7 days prior
• Payments via bank transfer, invoice link, or pre-arranged cash
• Non-payment may result in cancellation of delivery
Cancellations
• More than 48 hours notice: 50% fee
• Within 48 hours: 100% fee
Delivery & Collection
The hirer must be present at delivery. Failure to provide access may result in additional fees. Equipment must be available for collection at the agreed time.
Equipment Responsibility
The hirer is fully responsible for all equipment during the hire period, including damage, loss, or theft.
Setup Requirements
• Must be placed on solid surfaces (min 90kg capacity)
• No glass or folding tables
• Power supply required
Operation & Safety
All equipment is user-friendly. Instructions are provided. Hunter Party Hire is not liable for injury caused by misuse.
Performance Conditions
Machine performance may be affected by heat, ventilation, or power supply. Full payment applies regardless of performance conditions.
Important Usage
• Do not add ice or unapproved products
• Do not dismantle machines
• Only basic rinsing permitted
Transport (Pick-Up)
Machines must be transported upright, secured, and protected from weather.
Liability
The hirer is responsible for safe operation and any damage caused during the hire period.
Legal
This agreement is governed by NSW law. All equipment remains the property of Hunter Party Hire.
